• CATEGORY SUMMARIES will let you view the domain categories, the domains listed in each category and those that are actually visible (in circulation) to the users of the site.
• MARK DOMAINS AS SOLD is the option to use when you receive an administrative email that a purchase has been made and a payment received.
• UNAPPROVED LISTS is the option for reviewing new domain names, sorted by lists, as uploaded by users. Each time a user uploads a list, it is given a list id. Up to 10 domains will appear on each list.
• UNAPPROVED DOMAINS is the option for reviewing all new domain names. There will be no limit on the number of names that appear here, as this list does not get domain names by user submission; it gets all names still waiting for administrative approval.
• DELETE DECLINED DOMAINS is the option to use for removing all domains which have been declined for listing. Once they are deleted from the database, a user will have to submit them again for review before there is a chance of getting the name listed.
• DELETE EXPIRED DOMAINS is the option to use to delete domains that have expired, or gone beyond their 60-day contractual listing period. A new option will soon be added to permit us to extend the listing, based upon the accord of the domain owner and BDW. |
